Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GetYourDue (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GetYourDue integrates with QuickBooks Online to help you identify overdue invoices and prepare/send reminder communications. We do not guarantee payment collection or customer response.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and maintain up-to-date settings
- Maintain the security of your QuickBooks Online credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure you have legal authority to contact your customers and send reminder communications
You are responsible for the content, timing, recipients, and compliance of messages you send using the Service.
4. Email Delivery Requires a Separate SMTP Service
GetYourDue is not an email service provider. To send reminder emails, you must connect GetYourDue to a third-party SMTP email service (for example, Outlook / Office 365, Zoho, Yahoo, ProtonMail Bridge, or another provider that supports SMTP).
The SMTP email service is not included with GetYourDue, is provided by a separate company, and may require your own paid plan, credentials, policies, and configuration. Worker Biese, LLC does not host, relay, or provide email inboxes.
By configuring SMTP settings and using the “Send” / “Process Selected” functions, you authorize GetYourDue to connect to your chosen SMTP provider and send emails on your behalf using the settings you provide.
Worker Biese, LLC is not responsible for email deliverability, spam filtering, provider outages, account restrictions, message blocking, or disputes arising from messages you send.
5. License and Access
Use of GetYourDue may require a license key. Licenses are non-transferable and may be limited to specific installations or accounts. We may suspend or terminate access for unauthorized use or violations of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and content, is owned by Worker Biese, LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worker Biese, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
