Worker Biese, LLC (“Worker Biese,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates GetYourDue (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices when you use GetYourDue.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide

Name and business name
Email address
License/account information
SMTP provider configuration details you choose to provide (such as host, port, username, and authentication method) so GetYourDue can send reminders using your external SMTP provider

b) QuickBooks Online data

With your explicit authorization, GetYourDue accesses limited information from QuickBooks Online to provide the Service, such as:

Customer names and contact information
Invoice details (invoice number, balance due, due date, and aging status)
Payment/status indicators needed to determine which invoices are past due

We only access QuickBooks Online data necessary to provide the Service.

c) Technical data

Application logs and error reports
System/device identifiers used for licensing and security

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Operate and maintain GetYourDue
Identify past-due invoices and display results to you
Send reminder emails on your behalf and under your control
Provide support and troubleshoot issues
Protect security, prevent abuse, and manage licensing

3. Marketing Communications

We may contact you with product-related communications (service updates, feature announcements, licensing notices).

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your data for advertising or resale.

We may share information only:

With service providers needed to operate the Service (under obligations to protect data)

To protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service

5. SMTP Email Providers (Third-Party Services)

GetYourDue requires you to use a separate, third-party SMTP email service to send reminder emails (for example, Outlook / Office 365, Zoho, Yahoo, ProtonMail Bridge, or another provider that supports SMTP). GetYourDue is not an email service provider and does not provide email inboxes or email delivery services.

When you configure SMTP settings, GetYourDue uses those settings to transmit outbound reminder messages to your chosen email provider for delivery. Your provider may process message metadata (such as recipient address, subject, and timestamps) as part of normal email delivery.

Your use of any SMTP email provider is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion by emailing us.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for processing. Contact us using the email below.

9. Third-Party Services

GetYourDue integrates with QuickBooks Online, which is governed by Intuit’s own policies. We encourage you to review Intuit’s privacy policies separately.
